Photo Release & Service Exchange Agreement
1. The Exchange
MWPROCLEAN LLC agrees to provide a one-time cleaning service at no cost to the Client. In exchange, the Client grants MWPROCLEAN LLC the absolute right to take and use "Before and After" photographs of the service area for promotional and marketing purposes.
2. Ownership & Commercial Profit
All photographs taken are the sole property of MWPROCLEAN LLC. The Client acknowledges and agrees that these images will be used for commercial marketing intended to generate profit and gain new customers for the business. The Client explicitly waives any right to a share of these profits, royalties, or any other compensation, now or in the future, regardless of how much revenue is generated using these images.
3. "As-Is" Service & No Guarantee
Because this is a complimentary service, there is no guarantee of satisfaction. The service is provided "as-is" for the purpose of photography. MWPROCLEAN LLC is not obligated to perform touch-ups or re-cleans once the session is complete.
4. Equipment & Pre-existing Condition Waiver
In the event the Client does not provide their own cleaning equipment and supplies, MWPROCLEAN LLC will use its own professional-grade tools and chemicals. The Client acknowledges that:
(A) Different surfaces (flooring, paint, finishes) may react differently to cleaning agents or mechanical equipment;
(B) Cleaning older, worn, or damaged surfaces can often reveal or exacerbate pre-existing conditions, wear, or damage that was previously hidden by dirt or debris.
The Client releases MWPROCLEAN LLC from any and all liability for accidental damages, including but not limited to: paint chipping, flooring discoloration, or the revealing of pre-existing surface wear. The Client accepts all risks associated with the cleaning process in exchange for the free service.

MWPROCLEAN LLC agrees that the Client's personal information will not be given up. All photographs and marketing materials will be completely anonymous. No pictures of the Client or other individuals will be taken or used; photographs are strictly limited to the service area.

Over the years, I’ve put in the work and gained the knowledge to clean a home with exceptional quality in a very fast time. When you hire an expert, whether it’s a plumber, a mechanic, or a cleaner, you don't pay them for their minutes; you pay them for the job done right.The Real Cost of "Convenient" Hourly Apps
Most big cleaning companies charge hourly and run everything through an app. I get why people use them, it’s convenient for you as a customer to just click a button. But the downside is a big one: You don’t know who is coming into your home or what kind of drive they have. Because these cleaners often work for a giant corporation, they don’t have a personal stake in the results. To them, you’re just one of a thousand names on a list. They might not care if you come back as a repeat client because there is always another one time job waiting for them on the app.Since they aren't looking to build a relationship with you, they might just do a basic job because your long term satisfaction doesn't affect their bottom line. With that model, there is no guarantee of what speed they will work at, what level of quality they will bring, or even if the job will be finished. I believe in a pricing model that is transparent and tailored specifically to your home. Here is how I calculate your quote to make sure it is as fair as possible:1. Pay Only for the Rooms You Want
Unlike other companies that charge you based on the total square footage of your entire house, I only charge for the rooms you actually want me to clean. If you only need the kitchen and the master bath tackled, you aren't paying for the guest rooms or the basement. You only pay for the space you choose.2. Pricing Based on Condition (The Three Levels)
Not every room needs the same amount of work, so I use a sliding scale based on the actual condition of the space:Level 1: Maintenance Upkeep – A clean home that is well kept. Gentle upkeep like dusting, mopping, and making beds.

Level 2: Lived In Comfort – A standard home with daily life. Dishes in the sink, countertops that need a wipe down, and toilets that need a scrub.

Level 3: Deep Restoration – Mandatory Deep Clean Rate – Homes that need Extensive care. Abandoned, neglected, hoarding, extreme organizing, etc.

Because I am so transparent with my rates, you don’t have to schedule a quote to guess what your bill might look like. You can estimate it yourself right now following these four steps:1. Check your square footage for just the rooms you want cleaned.
