How it works: You provide a priority list of exactly what you want done, whether it’s a mix of light housekeeping or heavy deep cleaning and I work continuously through that list for the duration of the time you’ve booked. All cleaning supplies must be provided by the buyer.No Guarantees / Strict Stop: There is no guarantee every item will be finished. When the time runs out, I stop exactly where I am to stay on schedule for my next appointment.Travel Fee: For bookings under 3 hours a travel fee of $50.00 will be added.Non-Traditional Tasks: You can include chores like stripping/making beds, washing, folding and hanging laundry, cleaning cat litter boxes, washing dishes, loading dishwashers, taking trash to the curb, etc. I can also handle extra tasks like cleaning the inside of indoor and outdoor trash cans or pressure washing the exterior home and patio.

➤Doors & Windows: Scrubbing doors, door frames, doorknobs, and cleaning interior window and sill.
➤Ceilings & Walls: Wiping down ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, and spot-cleaning walls. (Ladder must be provided)🍳 KITCHEN
➤Stovetop: Scraping and scrubbing of stove top glass or burner grates. Intensive degreasing of the backsplash and light wipe down of interior and exterior.(Interior oven scrubbing and de-scaling treatment can be purchased separately.)
➤Fridge/Freezer & Cabinets: Light wipe down of interior and exterior. Wiping out the inside of cabinets and drawers; interior/exterior scrubbing and degreasing of microwave.
➤Sink: Scrubbing and rinsing the basin, faucet wiped down and polished. Scrubbing the drain, cleaning the disposal, and descaling the faucet.🚿 BATHROOMS
➤Toilet: Hand cleaning the toilet base, the back of the tank, and the floor bolts. Scrubbing and de-scaling inside of toilet bowl buildup.

Targeted Spot Treatment: Stubborn stains are pre-soaked and hand-scrubbed to ensure maximum lifting and visibility reduction.
High Power Extraction: Using a wet vacuum system, we extract the solution along with the suspended dirt, leaving the carpet clean, refreshed, and free of soapy residue.
BIO-ENZYME DIGESTION & CHEMICAL BONDING

Step 1: Bio-Enzyme Digestion:
A professional grade bio-enzyme treatment is applied to the whole carpet. Think of this as a "living" cleaner. It contains natural enzymes that act like microscopic tools to physically break apart the proteins and uric acid crystals in the urine. Instead of just masking the smell, these enzymes "eat" the organic source of the odor.Step 2: Wait, Agitate & Rinse:
Time to wait and allow the treatment "dwell time" to ensure the enzymes fully penetrate the carpet fibers down to the backing (1-5 hours case specific - Overnight soaking for extreme cases). We then mechanically agitate the carpet to loosen bonded soils and perform a rinse and extraction to flush out the digested organic debris and cleaning solution.Step 3: Molecular Bonding & Encapsulation:
Once the deep cleaning is underway, I finish with a specialized molecular neutralizer. This process, called encapsulation, seeks out remaining odor molecules and permanently bonds to them, changing their chemical structure so they can no longer produce a scent.
OVEN, FRIDGE & FREEZER CLEANING

(Must be grouped with another service)Oven Restoration: Intensive deep scrubbing and degreasing of the oven interior, including the racks and inside glass. We focus on removing burnt on food and grease to restore the cooking surfaces.
Fridge & Freezer Deep Clean: Complete interior cleaning including all shelves, drawers, and side compartments. We scrub and sanitize every surface to remove spills, crumbs, and odors. (Freezer must be defrosted prior to arrival for best results.)
Sanitization & Polishing: After the deep scrub, we perform a final disinfecting wipe down of the appliances and polish the exterior handles/faces to ensure a professional clean finish.
